a.Vision:
A peaceful society in which every citizen have equal rights and opportunities.

b.Mission:
Empowering society for a self reliant and dignified life with special focus to Religious  Minorities, Women, and Children.         

c.Objectives:

• To sensitize the deprived rights of the disadvantaged sector particularly religious minorities, women and children by conducting advocacy activities targeting decision makers/policy makers at district, provincial and national level.

• To create effective awareness regarding the basic rights and fundamental freedoms of religious minorities ,women and children ’s by conducting awareness and sensitization activities with the civil society groups and multi-stakeholders of the society.

• To monitor, report and document human rights/minority rights violations against the targeted community and provide legal and remedial support to the victimized individual/group.

• To form Networking with human rights bodies locally, nationally and internationally and collectively raise efforts for the protection and promotion of human rights according to United Nation conventions and treaties.
